The View penthouses were created with the aim of creating a new art of living. The impressive panorama of the Maloja Pass, Piz Mezdi and St. Moritz village is not a backdrop, but the essence of the design.
The View Penthouses combines the balance of freedom and comfort, of alpine heritage and contemporary service.
Even the smallest detail, chosen with care, carries the history of the mountain region – local woods, timeless materials, craftsmanship full of character. Designed and manufactured in close collaboration with local partners.
This creates a new living experience every day that interprets the essence of the mountain region: exclusive, authentic and inspiring.
With its opening in December 2025, The View is setting an example: for a retreat of incomparable quality.

Heat from cold water
Every lake contains valuable thermal energy—including Lake St. Moritz right here at home. With a modern heat pump, some of this stored energy can be extracted and used as sustainable heating energy. In this way, nature provides us with a large portion of the heating energy we need practically for free: innovative, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient all at once. We use this method of heat generation in our homes and have thus managed to heat all of our buildings in a carbon-neutral way.JOIN THE TEAM

Your vacation at The View Penthouses in St. Moritz begins the moment you arrive: Take the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) along the Albula Line, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; if traveling by car, depending on your route, you’ll experience the Julier, Maloja, Albula, or Ofen Passes—or you can treat yourself to the convenience of the car transport service through the Vereina Tunnel. Spectacular views are guaranteed! Welcome to one of the most beautiful mountain regions in Switzerland.
